- Build and execute targeted account and pipeline strategies for a defined set of enterprise accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, developing robust business cases that quantify ROI and strategic impact.
- Lead executive demos, workshops, and negotiations, and navigate procurement and legal processes to drive deals to close.

- Relay customer feedback and market insights to Product and Leadership to improve the enterprise offering.
- Coordinate across Product, Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Value, and Leadership to ensure successful deal execution.
- Contribute to enterprise playbooks, processes, and best practices for upmarket motion.
- Leverage AI tooling to research accounts, structure deals, prepare executive conversations, and manage complex pipelines efficiently.

What We're Looking For

- Proven track record in value-based, business-case-led deals at approximately €80k+ ACV or comparable deal complexity.
- Comfortable managing sales cycles of 6 or more months involving multiple senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or SPICED.
- Fluent German with strong executive presence in both verbal and written communication.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of territory, pipeline, and outcomes; comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
