Are you a creative force who’s passionate about blending design with purpose? Leidos is calling all innovative thinkers to join our team in supporting the Instructional Technology Unit (ITU). This position is located on site at Goodfellow AFB in vibrant San Angelo, TX. Candidates must currently possess a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or be eligible to obtain one. U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

As a Curriculum Media Developer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team with the distinct privilege of shaping the future of intelligence training. You'll transform written curriculum into immersive online courses, creating content that’s not just informative but truly engaging and dynamic. Armed with cutting-edge tools like Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, and Photoshop, you’ll tackle the exciting challenge of turning ideas into visually captivating learning experiences that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

- Collaborate with a supportive team and customers to design and produce Instructional Multimedia products.
- Ability to analyze and comprehend training curriculum to suggest areas of improvement to customers to use such as presentations/modules, video, handouts, etc. while also modernizing curriculum.
- In a timely manner develop concise, insightful, comprehensive, and modern instructional material in a variety of design software.
- Integrate images, videos, and sound into training materials while respecting copyright laws and maintaining Section 508 compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

- Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain (requires US citizenship).
- 4 or more years of experience in education/training, instructional design, graphic design, or multimedia design.
- Basic knowledge of course curriculum, learning, and/or training.
- Ability to communicate insights from information that might be incomplete, unclear, or technical, and use basic critical thinking to decide the best approach.
- Proficient in a series of design products such as, but not limited to: Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects,), and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Basic comprehension and grammar; meticulous attention to detail.

## Pay Range:
Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
