About the Treo Platform:
The Treo Platform is onsemi's next-generation analog and mixed-signal technology platform built on advanced 65nm Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) technology. Supporting voltage ranges from 1V to 90V and operating temperatures up to 175°C, Treo enables highly integrated semiconductor solutions for automotive, industrial, medical, and AI infrastructure applications.
Qualifications – External
Minimum Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Related engineering discipline.
- Strong academic background in semiconductor devices, circuits, digital design, or computer architecture.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: Verilog SystemVerilog VHDL Python C/C++.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience through coursework, research, personal projects, or previous internships in one or more of the following areas: Analog & Mixed-Signal Analog circuit design CMOS fundamentals SPICE simulation Device physics Mixed-signal systems Digital Design RTL development FPGA design Computer architecture Digital logic design Hardware acceleration Verification & Modeling SystemVerilog UVM Functional verification Verilog-A / Verilog-AMS Real Number Modeling
