Your Role:

The International Subsidiary Customer Service & Logistics Support Lead is responsible for guiding a team that supports global replenishment fulfillment, international logistics operations, export documentation, and service delivery for the company's international subsidiaries and affiliated business units. This fast-paced role supports daily interactions with Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure the timely complaint, and cost-effective movement of international shipments.

Internal Subsidiary Customer Service & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary escalation point for international subsidiaries and affiliated business units regarding replenishment orders, shipment status, inventory availability, logistics constraints, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of replenishment, transportation, export documentation, and delivery issues impacting subsidiary operations.
- Coordinate cross-functional support to minimize business disruptions and maintain service commitments to subsidiaries.
- Partner with Planning, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Transportation teams to ensure replenishment requirements are fulfilled in accordance with inventory strategies and business priorities.
- Responsible for maintaining department metrics utilizing business reporting tools such as BOXI, SAP, Palentir, Aera etc…

International Logistics & Transportation Management

- Oversee execution of international shipments supporting subsidiary inventory replenishment programs via air, ocean, parcel, and ground transportation modes.
- Monitor replenishment shipment progress and ensure adherence to service commitments and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure effective coordination between manufacturing sites, distribution centers, 3PLs, and international subsidiaries to maintain inventory availability and continuity of supply.

Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Oversight

- Serve as the operational support for 3PL performance executing international replenishment fulfillment activities.
- Support routine performance reviews with 3PL partners and drive accountability for inventory management, replenishment execution, and shipment performance.
- Analyze and monitor:
- Replenishment fulfillment accuracy
- On-time shipment performance
- Inventory accuracy
- Backlog management
- Cycle time performance
- Service responsiveness

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on replenishment service levels, productivity, inventory performance, and logistics execution.
- Partner with global stakeholders to improve end-to-end replenishment fulfillment processes and subsidiary service performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize inventory flow, replenishment planning, transportation utilization, and distribution network performance.

The successful candidate is a strategic, service-oriented leader who can effectively support international subsidiaries while driving replenishment fulfillment, logistics execution, 3PL performance, and operational excellence. This individual excels at building partnerships across global organizations, managing complex international supply chain activities, and ensuring international subsidiaries receive timely inventory replenishment to support business continuity and customer demand.

Location: Burlington MA (Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6pm)

Travel 10% mostly domestic with possible international

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience using ERP tools such as Oracle, SAP etc.
- 1+ years of experience using reporting tools such as BOXI, SAP, Palentir, Aera etc…

- 1+ years of experience leading a team and providing clear direction and priorities , or as a project lead providing clear direction, priorities and allocating work effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with analytical and reporting capabilities
- 1+ year of international export logistics experience leading a support team for international inventory replenishment and shipment execution
- Experience creating shipping documentation

- Strong operational leadership experience
- Strong writing skills
- Project management skills
- Customer service and stakeholder-management skills

Pay Range for this position: $65,000-$97,500 per year

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
