About this role

About Finix

To date Finix has raised over $200M, including a $75M Series C led by Acrew Capital and Lightspeed Venture Partners and backed by American Express Ventures, Bain Capital Ventures, Homebrew, Inspired Capital, Visa, and others
The Role

We're looking for a Senior Organic Growth Manager to build sustainable, compounding non-paid growth by researching, writing, and publishing the content that earns it.  You'll treat SEO, AEO (answer-engine optimization), and GEO (generative-engine optimization) as one channel, not three separate disciplines. You'll own the full funnel from visibility to sign-up to revenue, not just rankings.
This is a builder's role: you'll turn observations into hypotheses, test them, and scale what works, writing and shipping the content yourself rather than briefing it out, and building lightweight systems and automations so organic growth keeps compounding without a linear increase in manual effort. You'll own our organic growth programs end-to-end: strategy, content creation, execution, optimization, and reporting. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and a real seat at the revenue table.

Your Team

You'll join a collaborative marketing team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Paid Digital Marketing, Creative & Design, and Product teams. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and partner closely with the CEO on strategy and performance reviews. You'll also collaborate with the Sales/Customer teams to source the proof points, like case studies, testimonials, and data, that make our content credible.

You won't be handed a playbook. You'll help write it.

What you'll do:

- Understand how Finix and competitors show up across Google and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and why

- Identify the highest-value queries and questions worth winning in fintech and payments infrastructure, and find and fix gaps in our current visibility

- Understand which sites, communities, and formats search and AI engines trust, and shape what information exists about Finix online

- Research, write, and publish the content, including blog posts, guides, comparison pages, and site copy, that wins those queries and earns trust with search and AI engines

- Partner with Product, Paid Marketing, and subject-matter experts to source the technical detail and proof points that make that content credible

- Build customer stories, case studies, and testimonials that support organic and lifecycle content

- Own email and lifecycle nurture where it supports leads: segmenting and nurturing prospects through the funnel toward sign-up and activation

- Connect visibility, traffic, engagement, sign-ups, and revenu: this role is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics

- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work and keep tracking clean

- Continuously test new formats, channels, and tools, and scale what works

What you bring:

- 5+ years in SEO/organic search or content-led growth for a B2B or SaaS company, with real ownership of traffic-to-revenue outcomes

- Working knowledge of how generative AI and answer engines source and cite information, and a point of view on how to influence it

- Strong writing and editing skills

- Comfort with technical SEO fundamentals (site architecture, crawlability, structured data) and enough scripting/spreadsheet fluency to automate reporting

- A data-driven approach: you explain decisions with numbers, not gut feel

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, or similar

What would make us excited:

- Experience in fintech, payments, or at a hyper-growth B2B SaaS company

- A track record of building or influencing AEO/GEO visibility ahead of the market

- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
