## Your Purpose

MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest and fastest-growing cruise line, is expanding its Onboard Revenue team in the USA.

Reporting to the Vice President, Onboard Revenue – U.S. Commercial, the Pricing & Promotions Manager will be a key leader in driving the commercial performance of MSC Cruises’ prepaid onboard revenue portfolio across Beverage, Wi-Fi, Spa, Specialty Restaurants, and other categories.

This role will manage the day-to-day pricing and promotional strategy and execution for the U.S. and Canadian markets, using commercial judgment, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and data analysis to maximize revenue while supporting an excellent guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a commercially minded problem solver who moves seamlessly from strategy to execution—identifying opportunities, making informed decisions, influencing cross-functional partners, and measuring results.

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from the Miami office four days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

## Your Impact

- Optimize pre-cruise pricing across key onboard revenue categories and major itineraries, considering demand, guest profiles, and relevant market factors.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure MSC’s pricing and offers are compelling.
- Partner with Marketing to develop and execute a robust and effective promotional calendar to drive productive traffic to MSC digital channels and support a positive guest experience.
- Monitor upcoming sailings and make targeted pricing and promotional adjustments to capitalize on demand opportunities and improve revenue performance.
- Apply commercial judgment to the timing, depth, and targeting of discounts, to reduce dilution.
- Develop and test new commercial approaches through A/B testing and structured experimentation.
- Share results and learnings with relevant team members, integrating takeaways to future action.
- Partner with the other MSC offices to share best practices, leverage global learnings, and adapt successful strategies to the U.S. market.
- Translate commercial needs into requirements for technology and system enhancements, partnering with IT and other teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working across the function.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building.

## Your Journey so far

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial strategy, promotions, analytics, or a related field; cruise, hospitality, travel, or other consumer-facing industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of pricing principles, demand dynamics, promotions, customer behavior, and revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to combine quantitative and qualitative data and commercial judgment to make pricing and promotional decisions and drive measurable results.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Naturally curious with a growth mindset; willing to dig into the details while maintaining a broader commercial perspective.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior and non-technical audiences.
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive execution.
- Experience developing junior team members; direct people-management experience is a plus.
