We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.

Job Summary
In this role, you'll help design, implement, and coordinate enterprise-wide HR initiatives, programs, and processes that support business objectives. This role combines employee listening, employee experience programming, strategic reporting, compliance activities, and external recognition initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and organizational performance. You'll partner with leaders, HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and drive business results.
Key responsibilities include supporting employee listening and recognition programs, compliance and business performance reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role serves as a central coordinator and analyst for employee experience and workforce insights initiatives, helping connect employee feedback, business performance, and enterprise programs to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
You'll also monitor emerging workplace trends, technologies, best practices, and regulatory developments, identifying opportunities to enhance programs and processes. Through project leadership, consultation, and collaboration, you'll help implement solutions that improve efficiency, support leaders in addressing complex HR challenges, and contribute to the achievement of long-term business objectives.
Specific Projects and Areas of Responsibility
This role supports a broad portfolio of employee experience and business performance initiatives, including but not limited to:
- Employee Experience Programs and Initiatives : Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of companywide employee experience programs and initiatives like the Kids at Work and Employee Relief Fund that strengthen employee engagement, connection, and organizational culture.
- Employee Listening and Insights : Supports employee listening strategies and programs, including engagement and lifecycle surveys, to gather feedback, identify trends, and recommend actions that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Data Analysis, Strategic Reporting, and Compliance : Analyzes employee, operational, and business data to identify trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of enterprise regulatory and reporting requirements.
- External Recognition and Awards : Oversees the execution of external recognition and award submissions by coordinating stakeholder input, analyzing data, and ensuring that content highlights organizational achievements, culture, and workforce initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Experience
5-6+ years of related knowledge and experience. Note: A Master's degree will count as one year towards the experience requirement. A partial year of six months or more will be rounded up to one year.
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities and experience include:
Demonstrated program/project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent personal computer skills and in depth knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Experience in SuccessFactors Reporting, Excel, Qualtrics or survey platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Marketing or Communications, Human Resources or Organizational Effectiveness, or Business Administration.
- Certification with SHRM, HRCI, or Employee Experience Design is a plus.

Expected Hiring Base Salary Range:
$90900 - $118100
The expected hiring base salary range is the range we anticipate hiring within for this position. The actual salary offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and work location.
