An established anesthesia group in El Paso, Texas is hiring Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs). The position pays a $315,000 salary plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus, which comes to $340,000 a year. You get 8 weeks of PTO and never work call, weekends, or holidays.
About the CAA Position You'll work in an anesthesia care team model across several busy El Paso hospitals, including a Level II trauma center. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, with optional 10- or 12-hour shifts if you want more hours.

Compensation and Benefits
- $315,000 base salary
- $75,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $25,000 a year for three years, which brings you to $340,000 a year
- Overtime over 40 hours a week paid at $190 an hour
- Any weekend hours you choose to work are paid at $200 an hour
