Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Press Brake Operators for projects located in or around Golden Valley, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $30–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Set up and operate press brake machines for production runs
- Perform tooling changes and select proper tooling for each job
- Independently complete machine setups from start to production
- Run production jobs according to specifications and quality requirements
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on press brake setup experience
- Strong experience with tooling changes, machine setup, and production operations
- Ability to independently complete setups and production runs
- Solid understanding of press brake operations and metal fabrication
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented
