Floor Technician
Verde Clean is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician to maintain and restore various flooring surfaces while supporting our commitment to eco-friendly cleaning practices. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, maintain, strip, wax, buff, and polish multiple floor types, including tile, vinyl, concrete, and carpet.
- Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers.
- Remove stains, debris, and buildup using approved cleaning methods.
- Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Move furniture and prepare work areas as needed.
- Complete required documentation and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Floor Technician experience.
- Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning techniques.
- Understanding of various flooring surfaces and proper maintenance methods.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Job Details
Pay: $20.00/HR
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM
