Job Description

The Platform performing arts center is a new venture located in Kendall Square, offering ample opportunities for experienced service staff. We're looking for a skilled and friendly server to support bar service.

Projected Working Hours (Seasonally Variable)

Monday – Saturday, 3:00PM – 10:00PM with some flexibility .

Includes some holidays .

Compensation

$8/hr + shared tips (Part-time; 4 hr minimum).

Responsibilities

- Maintaining and bussing the cocktail food and beverage area

- Interacting with guests to maintain overall high standard of hospitality

- Helping bartenders maintain flow of service

Required Qualifications

- 4 years of service-related experience in FOH

- Experience working in cocktail settings

- Familiarity with POS systems such as Square or Toast

- Ability to lift 30 lbs and above

Preferred but Not Required Qualifications

- Allergen safe certification

- An interest in global dance, music, and art
