About this role
Description
- Maintain multiple project cost control data files for detailed and summary level information of projects in various stages of the projects life cycle.
- Process project timesheets and maintain the Time Sheet data base.
- Ensure correctness of submitted invoices by referencing the timesheet data base and conformed contracts.
- Obtain payment approval for invoices from Project Managers.
- Communicate all results and issues to the Manager of Project Controls and other departments within the company as needed as needed
Qualifications
- 8 years of related experience in the construction, engineering, or similar industry
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
