The Opportunity:

As an Operations Integration Desk Officer in Plans and Exercises (PLEX), you’ll leverage your specialized experience to advise government clients on plans and policy, supporting ongoing contingency operations and classified strategic and operational plans related to CI and HUMINT. You’ll identify and evaluate complex policies, and processes, coordinate and manage joint exercise life cycle planning events, and deliver exercise support focused on enhancing readiness ensuring your clients have the insight they need to make informed decisions.

As an Operations Integration Plans and Exercises Desk Officer on our team, you’ll help your client understand classified, numbered Operational Plans (OPLANS) and policy relating to CI and HUMINT. You will provide support to ongoing contingency operations and numbered strategic and operational plans and consult on TASKORDS and OPLANs to help the client achieve strategic organizational optimization.

You Have:

- 10+ years of experience working with DoD components and agencies
- 5+ years of experience working on plans and policies at a HQ staff or Combatant Command
- 5+ years of experience working on command level exercises, using JTIMS, JTT, and DRRS
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and leveraging Large Language Models (LLM) to enhance efficiency and supplement planning and analytical workflows
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community missions, functions, and interrelationships
- Knowledge of Theater-level CI and HUMINT Operations
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with peers and senior leadership
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree

Nice if you have:

- 15+ years of experience supporting CI or HUMINT operations
- 15+ years of experience working with bilateral or multilateral organizations
- 3+ years of experience working at or above the Combatant Command level
- Experience conducting bi-lateral parter and high-level liaison activity independently and without oversight
- Experience applying knowledge of Artificial Intelligence models towards a defense mission set from a strategic perspective
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills, including writing and briefing skills
- Master's degree in criminal justice, political science, international relations, or a related area of study
- Completion of Former Military Department Counterintelligence Organization (MDCO) with both CI and HUMINT training through accredited course such as FLETC or JCITA
- Completion of an Advanced Planner School such as the School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW), School of Advanced Air and Space Studies (SAASS), or Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)
- AI, LLMs, and productivity software Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
