Would you like to launch your career with one of the most successful logistics organizations worldwide? Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our site located on Bd Albert-Hudon in Montreal-Nord is looking for a new Logistics Coordinator to join our Contract Logistics team.

## How you create impact

The logistics coordinator is responsible for managing the daily flow of inbound and outbound trailers, goods, product flow, and inventory accuracy to ensure that client-specific shipping requirements are consistently met under a 4PL execution model.

This position supports a 24/7 operation, and schedules are assigned based on business needs. From October 19, 2026, through January 15, 2027, all employees will work night shift hours only, with shifts scheduled from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM on either Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Employees will work four 10-hour shifts per week and will not be scheduled to work seven days per week. Following the initial implementation period, schedules and shift assignments may be adjusted or rotated based on operational requirements. Specific schedules will be confirmed after the employee's start date.

- Maintain accurate TMS records and real-time updates for trailers, shipments, inventory, and product movements.
- Monitor inbound and outbound volumes, identifying risks, delays, and operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freight activities to ensure timely receiving, shipping, and service excellence.
- Manage yard, trailer, and dock operations, including door assignments, appointment scheduling, and yard audits.
- Oversee sortation processes to ensure accurate scanning, routing, and efficient product flow.Ensure pallet quality, operational compliance, and adherence to customer standards.
- Provide real-time operational support by resolving workflow, equipment, and capacity issues.
- Coordinate driver activity and minimize delays through effective communication and scheduling.
- Resolve shipment exceptions and prepare accurate shipping and transportation documentation.
- Promote a safe work environment while identifying and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within outsourced or managed‑service environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing operations through third‑party providers (3PL/4PL).
- Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, operational controls, and service governance.
- Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
- Experience in a high-volume Sort Center/Hub.
- Proficiency in French and English (English-speaking clients)
