From schools to offices, we help people across the U.S. live and work in healthier environments - and we give back through paid volunteer time and community engagement.
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday; 6am - 2:30pm
PAY : 19.00
What You'll Do
As a Lead Custodian, you'll ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and welcoming for all.
- Daily Cleaning : Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
- Restock & Refill : Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
- Monitor Safety : Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
- Support the Team : Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

What We're Looking For
- Experience : 1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills : Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Physical Requirements : Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
