Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
-Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and innovative team culture that encourages continuous learning and professional development.
IT Infrastructure & Daily Operations
-Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on networking components such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
-Ensure the availability, security, and performance of IT systems and networks.
Conduct regular system and network audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
-Analyze processes and technologies to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Strategic Planning
-Collaborate with site managers and key stakeholders to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
-Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen security, and support business growth.
