About this role
1. Bank Loan Documentation & Contract Management: Organize bank loan facility renewal/extension documents and track contract expiry and renewal progress.
2. Bank Liaison & Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between Finance, Legal, and banks, tracking contract execution progress.
3. Compliance & Internal Control Support: Ensure renewal documents are properly filed, and that bank loan contract terms comply with regulatory requirements and internal approval processes.
