Outside Sales Representative (Worcester, MA)
About the Role We're seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to recruit local businesses throughout the Worcester area for a growing delivery partner program. This field-based role combines door-to-door prospecting, relationship building, and community outreach. You'll work closely with a Field Manager, manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, and earn commission for successful partner signups.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit local businesses within the assigned territory.
- Present and promote the delivery partner program to business owners.
- Qualify prospects and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Track activity, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Support local networking and recruitment events.
- Build relationships with community organizations and referral partners.
- Maintain a strong customer-focused approach while working toward sales goals.
- Travel throughout the territory as needed (up to approximately 90 minutes from Worcester).
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
- Previous outside sales, field sales, territory sales, or door-to-door experience preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Worcester, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.50 - $28.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
