As a Private Executive, you'll join a team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for High Net Worth, Ultra High Net Worth and Family Office clients. You'll build meaningful, long-term relationships, partner with specialists across the Group and play a key role in helping clients achieve their personal, family and business goals.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country.

What will I do?

- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth, Ultra High-Net-Worth and Family Office clients across Victoria, providing tailored banking, lending and wealth solutions.

- Support clients with complex lending, transactional banking and wealth opportunities, working closely with specialist partners to deliver an integrated client experience.

- Build deep and enduring client relationships based on trust, responsiveness and a strong understanding of client needs.

- Grow your portfolio by deepening existing client relationships, utilising your professional referral networks and identifying new opportunities within the market.

- Collaborate with specialists across Private and the broader Westpac Group to deliver an integrated and seamless client experience.

- Maintain strong risk and compliance disciplines while exercising sound credit judgement.

What do I need?

- Proven success managing and growing relationships with High-Net-Worth clients, family offices, large business owners and professional adviser networks.

- Strong lending capability across consumer lending, with broader business or commercial lending experience highly regarded.

- Sound knowledge of credit policy, risk management and credit decision-making.

- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with specialists across the bank to achieve great client outcomes

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and industry qualifications.

- RG146 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accreditation (or a willingness to obtain), with the wealth knowledge and confidence to support sophisticated client conversations and partner effectively with specialist wealth teams.

- A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
