This role is the communications engine for the local site — and works in two directions:
- Supporting the local operations teams — acting as the communications partner for facilities and site services teams, translating operational updates into clear, on-brand messaging for employees, with day-to-day direction and quality review from the site leadership team.
- Supporting regional communications delivery — as a hands-on delivery partner for GCR campaigns, reporting, employee events and internal materials, with the autonomy to own workstreams end to end.
Working to the regional internal communications and employee engagement strategy, you will help deepen employees' understanding of the corporate vision and culture, build the RE&F brand within the organisation, and ensure consistency across all sites in the region.
What this job involves:
Content & channels
- Plan and create engaging content for employee communications: corporate narratives, facilities and service updates, newsletters, posters, signage, digital screens, internal social posts and short videos.
- Manage RE&F's internal communications channels — the communications mailbox, Viva Engage, Teams, SharePoint sites etc., keeping them current, accurate and well-governed.
- Proofread and quality-check all outgoing materials in both English and Chinese before release.
Campaigns & engagement
- Lead internal campaigns and activations that build community and employee engagement, from concept through to on-site delivery and post-event review.
- Bring RE&F priorities to life through storytelling — with a particular focus on sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and digital transformation.
- Drive community engagement by running employee-facing events communications and interacting directly with end users.
Standards & enablement
- Strengthen internal communications guidelines and protocols so that output is consistent, on-brand and high impact.
- Coach and train operational site teams on communications standards, templates and tone of voice, so local teams can self-serve on routine updates.
- Propose ideas and improvements that raise the overall quality of communications and the employee experience.
Delivery support to site and regional leadership
- Prepare presentation materials, reports and summaries about communications workstream for account and client reviews.
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics, and turn them into simple insights that inform what we do next.
- Manage coordination with communications vendors, designers and video production partners.
Sound like you? To apply you will have:
- Excellent command of English and Chinese in writing, reading, and speaking skills are mandatory.
- 2-4 years of practical experience in PR company or marketing, preferably with internal communications, corporate brand communications, social media or related experiences.
- Editor experience in newsletter or social media content produce. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work with designed programs to layout communications in poster/banner/ social media post format and create visual stories in format of short videos. Excellent in PowerPoint design and video editing are preferred.
- Excellent proof-reading and multi-tasking, organizational and attention to details skills.
- Able to drive community engagement by running social events and interacting with end users.
- Strong ability in strategy planning, communication, and creativity with result-oriented mindset.
- An added benefit would be a Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, hospitality, facility management or related majors.
