餐饮主管
职位描述
熟悉国家餐饮行业有关法律法规，熟知团餐行业作业操作管理规范；
负责餐饮运营管理工作：管控食品安全、控制餐饮服务风险点、提升餐品品质， 并对餐饮满意度负责；
负责餐饮运营体系的正常运作，合理制定各项工作计划，开展督导并监控实施过程，提出有效的整改建议，对餐饮项目运营结果负责；
负责餐饮运营场地的消防安全、设备安全、人员安全等基础管理工作，能识别风险并适当给予建设性意见反馈；
支持编制、修订餐饮服务模块的质量手册、程序文件、作业指导书及工作表单等工作，并负责落地实施；
负责餐饮供应商（央厨和现场服务商）管理及考核，独立管理和运营区域现场开火楼宇（档口 + 自助餐线），能独立策划专项工作方案落地及分析。
职位要求
本科及以上学历，5 年及以上大型团餐、互联网餐饮工作经验，具有甲方或乙方公司供应商管理工作经验最佳；
较强的学习能力和自我驱动能力，有自我突破和挑战精神，工作思路清晰，具备较好的沟通表达能力；
有餐饮活动策划能力，用餐接待经验优先；
具备较好的数据分析管理能力。
