Boilermaker – Workshop Role (Withcott)

If you're a Boilermaker who enjoys hands-on work, variety, and being part of a solid team, this could be a great fit.

Our specialised workshop in Withcott is busy, and we’re growing the team. This is a permanent position where you’ll be working on Well Servicing and Drilling equipment, supporting both workshop operations and the broader Ventia business.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Carrying out fabrication and welding on a range of equipment
- Inspecting, servicing, and repairing components to keep equipment in good working order
- Working from engineering drawings and building to required tolerances
- Completing work in line with safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Keeping on top of reports, timesheets, and repair documentation

What You’ll Need

- Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication (Boilermaking)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong understanding of workplace health & safety and QA standards
- Current driver’s licence
- Current Forklift/ High Risk Work Licence (HRWL – LF).
