Role Details

Position: School Cleaner
Location: Coomera Rivers State School, QLD
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: From $33.85 per hour + penalties + super
Contract: Casual relief role

There are no guaranteed or fixed shifts.

Strong performance may lead to ongoing opportunities and potential pathways to permanent employment with the Department of Education.

Available Shifts (Monday to Friday):

- 4:00am - 7:00am
- 3:00pm - 6:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining classrooms, administration areas and common spaces
Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors
Cleaning toilets and restocking consumables
Sanitising high-contact surfaces
Following site cleaning schedules and safety procedures

What You'll Need

Previous commercial cleaning experience is an advantage
Ability to perform all cleaning duties
Current Blue Card and recent National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months)
Ability to pass a medical assessment and random drug and alcohol screening
