Description:
The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources, timelines, and procedures for Industry 4.0 and digital transformation projects. The role focuses on forming project teams, assigning responsibilities, developing schedules, and determining resource requirements using strong business and project management knowledge. The position monitors and reports project performance across cost, timelines, and staffing, ensures adherence to internal and external quality standards, and identifies and resolves delivery risks to meet scope, time, and budget. The role may manage multiple interrelated projects, including integrating vendor tasks, tracking vendor deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders to enable successful implementation of smart manufacturing, automation, and data-driven initiatives.
Essential Functions:
- Plan and manage Industry 40 projects and workstreams
- Collaborate with plant and IT teams to integrate digital systems and drive real-time data visibility across processes
- Define project scope, schedules, and resource plans
- Coordinate project teams and assign responsibilities
- Track project cost, timelines, and staffing
- Ensure adherence to quality and governance standards
- Identify risks and resolve delivery obstacles
- Manage vendor activities and deliverables
- Report project status to stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives

Education:
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B. Sc. - Required
- Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Sc. - Preferred
Experience:
- 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
