Job Overview Valeo Health is seeking a MOPH Licensed General Practitioner with at least 2 years of experience. The candidate should be confident in GLP1 Weight Loss Drugs, reading blood tests and passionate about lifestyle changes, healthy nutrition and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in managing their weight with the help of GLP1 weight management drugs like Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc
- Maintain a good professional relationship with the patients during their weight loss journey
- Order and interpret blood tests and other relevant investigations.
- Provide lifestyle, nutrition and preventive health counselling.
- Create practical treatment and follow-up plans based on clinical findings.
Requirements:
- MBBS/MBChB or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Valid MOP license as GP.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Arabic preferred.
- Health coach certification or functional medicine certification is an advantage.
- Valid QID and must be based in or open to relocating to Qatar
