About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to serve as the right hand to our AP Acquisition Sales Director, driving execution, collaboration, and reporting across our Global Acquisition Business in Asia Pacific. This role supports our AP headquarter accounts and is central to how the region operates — connecting strategy to execution and keeping the sales organization focused on what matters most.
This is a role for someone who runs toward problems, not away from them. You'll be the person who spots the fire before it spreads, jumps in to help put it out, and then asks why it started in the first place. You thrive on ambiguity, take ownership without being asked, and aren't afraid to challenge sales leaders and reps alike when it makes the business better. At the same time, your north star is simple: give sales more time to sell. Every process you build, every report you streamline, and every fire you fight should free up the sales team to spend more time in front of customers.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with the AP Acquisition Sales Director to translate regional strategy into operational execution across AP headquarter accounts
- Drive rhythm-of-business processes — pipeline reviews, forecasting, QBRs, and account planning — that keep the sales organization aligned and accountable
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion, and performance across the geography
- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies before they become problems, and own the fix end-to-end
- Act as a connective layer across geography, functions, and stakeholders — sales, finance, marketing, and deal desk — to remove friction and drive collaboration
- Challenge assumptions and processes that don't serve the business, even when that means pushing back on senior stakeholders
- Support territory planning, account segmentation, and quota-setting processes in partnership with the Sales Director
- Continuously look for ways to automate or simplify manual work so sales reps and leaders can focus on customers, not admin
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and initiatives as priorities shift across the region
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related field, ideally supporting a sales organization
- Experience working with or supporting acquisition/new-business sales motions preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into a clear narrative and actionable recommendations
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent)
- A demonstrated bias for action — you see a problem and you move on it, without waiting for permission
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and prioritizing across competing demands in a fast-moving, matrixed environment
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively
- Experience working across a multi-country or multi-market geography, ideally within Asia Pacific
- A collaborative, low-ego approach paired with high ownership and follow-through
What Success Looks Like
- The AP Acquisition Sales Director has a trusted operating partner who anticipates needs before they're raised
- Sales reps spend measurably more time selling and less time on process and administration
- Leadership has clear, timely, and accurate visibility into the health of the AP acquisition business
- Operational issues get caught and resolved early — not discovered after they've become a crisis
