Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a recent graduate to assist the sales department, her/his responsibilities include: participation in the running of standard reporting; help in maintaining the contacts database; produce customized documents to support the selling proposition; get involved in unconventional sales activities.

The team

The candidate will be part of the client group team and will work closely with sales managers. She/he will also collaborate with other teams (institutional sales, marketing, client support and compliance) and in this way will gain an overview of how the business activity works. Teamwork and collaborations are key values within Schroders and we expect them to be apllied in daily activities.

What you’ll do

- participate in the running of recurrent clients’ reporting;
- participate in the running of reports and assistance upon request;
- together with the CRM be the entry point for standard or customized requests to the London HQ or other offices;
- participate in maintaining the contacts database updated;
- help producing documents (including branded emails, podcasts, presentations).
- Learn the products & services that may be provided to clients
- Develop technical skills and be proactive in the department to improve workflow, processes and systems

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

- have completed a degree in business, management or similar
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken);
- have good time management and organizational skills (good prioritization capabilities);
- demonstrate good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills;
- be collaborative and team oriented.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications that will help

- basic knowledge of the asset management industry and of its jargon;
- basic knowledge of financial markets dynamics;
- good knowledge of Excel and Power Point and their functions;
- capability to use and explore digital tools.
