Discover the Role

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for TMF Group's Global Entity Management platforms, delivering scalable, secure and compliant solutions formulti-jurisdiction legal entity lifecycle management. The role providesarchitectural leadership across internally developed and vendor-providedcapabilities, including entity management, KYC / client due-diligence anddocument-automation platforms, translating business and regulatory requirementsinto target-state architectures, governing technology decisions, managingstrategic technology partnerships, and ensuring third-party solutions alignwith TMF Group's long-term platform, security, compliance and operationalobjectives. It leads engineering teams and vendors in delivering resilient, integrated, and future-ready legal entity management solutions across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the target-state architecture and roadmap for Global Entity Management and KYC service lines, aligned to enterprise architecture standards and TMF technology roadmap.
- Lead solutioning for KYC / client due-diligence, UBO identification and AML compliance, including screening and periodic-review outputs.

·Architect integrations with:

- Entity management and corporate secretarial platforms, KYC / onboarding platforms and document-automation tooling
- Government / corporate registries, regulatory filing portals and beneficial-ownership registers
- Embed data-accuracy, entity-record controls, audit trails and compliance controls across the platform.
- Govern solutions through the TDA / ARB process, producing solution design documents, architecture decision records, and change management processes.
- Direct and mentor development teams through the delivery of highly scalable, resilient and secure enterprise solutions, upholding engineering excellence, performance, reliability and security-by-design standards.

Must-have skills (domain)

- Strong working knowledge of Global Entity Management, governance, and compliance, along with KYC & AML compliance, covering multiple entity management and the KYC platforms currently used in the industry.
- Document automation & generation – templated corporate document generation, clause/template libraries and document lifecycle.
- Entity & KYC platform integration experience – across major entity management, KYC and client systems.
- Data modelling – strong data modelling for ownership structures, entity relationships and regulatory reporting, with sensitivity to personal and beneficial-ownership data.

Key Requirements

- Azure data layer – Azure SQL, Synapse / Microsoft Fabric and Data Lake / Storage, with supporting data-integration services. Awareness of AWS is nice to have.
- API-led integration (MuleSoft preferred) – system, process and experience APIs, with API design and lifecycle management.
- Enterprise solution architecture and design – across cloud-native, microservices and event-driven patterns.
- Entity, KYC & document tooling – awareness of leading legal entity management, KYC / client-lifecycle-management and document-automation platforms, and their API, integration and data-model implications.
- Security & compliance – security-by-design and awareness of the regulatory drivers relevant to TMF's operating model (DORA, GDPR, AML / KYC obligations) and of data residency across jurisdictions.
- AI & GenAI awareness – working understanding of AI/ML and generative-AI capabilities (LLMs, AI agents, RAG, classification and extraction models) and how they apply to entity management and KYC workflows – e.g. document extraction, UBO / ownership analysis, screening triage and corporate-document generation. Able to critically evaluate vendor AI offerings, distinguishing genuine capability from marketing and assessing model accuracy, hallucination and bias risk, explainability, human-in-the-loop controls, training-data provenance and data-handling. Assesses AI solutions against EU AI Act, DORA and GDPR obligations before embedding them into regulated entity management and KYC processes.
