Position Overview
We are looking for an Administrative and HR Support Officer to support daily office administration, HR operations, purchasing, and administrative support to the Executive Assistant (EA). This role is suitable for a fresh or recent graduate who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Administration & Office Support
- Handle daily office administration and coordination.
- Manage office supplies, pantry items, inventory, and orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, couriers, and service providers.
- Prepare, organize, scan, file, and deliver documents.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
2. Purchasing & Coordination
- Coordinate purchasing and obtain quotations when required.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, invoices, and receipts.
- Coordinate document and parcel delivery/collection.
3. HR Support
- Support employee documentation and HR records.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave, and attendance administration.
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including interviews, and communicate with candidates when required.
- Support internal HR activities and maintain confidentiality.
4. Executive Assistant Support
- Provide full administrative support to the EA.
- Assist with visa and work permit documents, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders together with the EA.
- Support travel arrangements, bookings, deliveries, and other logistics.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the EA and management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant work experience is a plus.
- Good organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good Thai and English communication skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Bangkok headquarters (not a flight crew/pilot role).
