Create impact as a Leadership Coaching and Performance Specialist.

We're on the hunt for a hands-on and experienced Leadership Coaching and Performance Specialist to build leadership capability across our Retail Insurance Australia brands, supporting our desired culture, customer centricity and strategic initiatives. As part of a growing Leadership Coaching & Performance team, you'll play an important role in helping shape how coaching capability is developed across the business. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll help uplift coaching effectiveness, support strategic initiatives and contribute to the development of sustainable coaching practices that drive performance and capability outcomes. 
This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia.

What You'll Do

• Identify leadership capability gaps through coaching, observation, feedback and stakeholder engagement, recommending practical solutions that drive performance improvement.
• Build strong relationships across the business and partner with leaders to support capability development and coaching effectiveness.
• Draw insights and themes from multiple data sources to inform capability priorities, development plans and learning initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, masterclasses and coaching activities that strengthen leadership capability and embed desired behaviours.
• Create, develop and evaluate coaching based learning initiatives and embedment activities that support capability uplift across Retail Insurance.
• Support the development of coaching frameworks, ways of working and best practice approaches that help build a scalable coaching capability.

What You'll Bring

• Experience designing and implementing coaching frameworks, methodologies or capability programs.
• Strong coaching, capability, learning and development, organisational development or consulting experience.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence leaders across a complex organisation.
• Experience using insights, observations and feedback to identify capability gaps and implement solutions.
• Insurance or financial services experience, or experience supporting customer facing operational environments.
• Coaching and facilitation qualifications are highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Human Centred Design (HCD), Customer Experience (CX) design or learning design is advantageous.
