JOB TITLE
Central Cashier Office Manager | MAF Retail | Hypermarket Kuwait

ROLE SUMMARY
The  Central Cashier Office Manager is responsible for all cash transactions within the store. The role holder is also responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of all related transactions as per internal guidelines and provide a best-in-class customer service to maintain highest level of customer satisfaction.

ROLE PROFILE

- Manage and oversee all cash transactions within the store, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure secure and timely cash transfers from the store to the bank while maintaining proper controls and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with  Central Cashier Office policies, procedures, and key insurance requirements.
- Implement fraud prevention controls and report any incidents, suspicious activities, or misconduct.
- Oversee corrections, cancellations, price changes, and barcode accuracy to ensure transaction integrity.
- Monitor customer service standards and provide resolutions to customer issues when required.
- Supervise cash counter operations and improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop the  Central Cashier Office team through performance management, training, and succession planning initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Retail, Customer Service, or Finance functions.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, transaction control, and financial procedures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
