ROLE SUMMARY

The Leasing Graduate Programme is designed to offer recent graduates a unique opportunity to begin and grow their careers in the shopping malls industry.

This 18-month programme provides a comprehensive learning experience through immersive rotations across various business areas, with a landing role on Leasing.

Participants will engage in specific projects during each rotation, building the skills and competencies required to excel in leasing and related functions within Majid Al Futtaim Properties – Asset Management Business Unit.

Throughout the programme, participants will receive mentorship from experienced leaders who will guide their development, helping them gain a well-rounded understanding of the shopping malls sector and preparing them for their future roles in Leasing.

Participants may rotate across departments such as Leasing, Finance, Mall Management, Marketing, Retail Design and Delivery to gain a holistic understanding of the business.

- Leasing:  Responsible for securing tenants for shopping malls, negotiating lease agreements, and ensuring a diverse and attractive mix of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
- Finance:  Manages liquidity, supports decision-making, and analyzes business trends to enable growth.
- Mall Management:  Oversees day-to-day mall operations, including facilities management, tenant relations, customer service, and security.
- Marketing:  Promotes shopping malls through campaigns, social media, and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Retail Design and Delivery:  Designs mall layouts and aesthetics, ensuring a cohesive atmosphere and overseeing construction and renovation projects.

ROLE PROFILE

- Six-month generalist rotations within support/business areas and twelve-month specific placement in Leasing to gain specialist knowledge.
- Support day-to-day operations and project management tasks, including preparing presentations.
- Contribute to business challenges and problem-solving initiatives.
- Gain valuable knowledge, hands-on experience, and industry exposure.
- Participate in development programmes to enhance professional growth.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to expand skills and knowledge in the shopping malls industry.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant majors such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or any other relevant major
- Fresh Graduate 2025/2026
- Military service exemption or completion
- Previous internships or work experience is a plus.
