About Your Role
The Senior Analyst, Data & AI Enablement will serve as the primary liaison between the APAC Real Estate business and the Real Estate Technology organisation.
The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes, reporting, decision-making and operational efficiency through the effective use of data, analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and Enterprise Data & Analytics functions, the individual will translate business requirements into data products, analytical solutions and AI-enabled capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position combines business analysis, data stewardship, analytics enablement, product ownership support and AI opportunity assessment within a rapidly evolving data-driven investment environment.
You Will Be Responsible For:
Business Engagement & Analysis
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across APAC Real Estate.
- Understand business objectives, processes, challenges and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Document current and future state processes.
- Translate business requirements into clearly defined technology and data requirements.
Data & Analytics Enablement
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPI requirements and reporting standards.
- Support development of business intelligence and analytical capabilities.
- Promote adoption of self-service reporting solutions.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual reporting processes and spreadsheet dependency.
- Support development and enhancement of enterprise reporting solutions.
- Assist in defining analytical use cases and value measures.
- Act as a regional advocate for enterprise data governance standards.
- Support implementation of data ownership and stewardship practices.
- Define and maintain business terminology, KPI definitions and business glossaries.
- Assist with data quality monitoring and remediation activities.
- Work with technical teams to support metadata management and data lineage initiatives.
AI Enablement & Innovation
- Identify business processes and activities that could benefit from AI-driven capabilities.
- Assist in evaluating potential AI use cases across investment, asset management, fund management and operations teams.
- Support preparation of business cases for AI initiatives.
- Partner with engineering teams to define business requirements for AI-enabled solutions.
- Promote responsible AI adoption and governance practices.
- Support user adoption and education relating to AI capabilities.
The Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years experience in business analysis, data analytics, technology delivery, reporting or related disciplines.
- Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience documenting business requirements and process flows.
- Experience supporting reporting or data programmes
