Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Topline Heating & Air is looking for an eager, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
As a CSR, youll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them over the phone, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for our technicians and installers. If you enjoy helping people, communicating with customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, wed love to have you as part of our 5-star, family-oriented team!

What Youll Do
- Contact warm leads and schedule appointments with our Sales Representatives
- Assist customers over the phone with questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with customers at all times
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer concerns when possible
- Accurately document and maintain records of customer interactions
- Develop knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and excellent customer support
- Coordinate with technicians, installers, and other team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
Requirements
- Previous experience making phone calls and communicating with customers or clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and friendly phone presence
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in an office-based environment
- Willingness to learn HVAC products, services, and processes
Schedule
40 hours per week
Location: Lancaster Office
Work Setting: Office-Based
Pay: $16 - $20/hr Depending on Experience
