About the role
Solvay Fluor Mexico is located in the north of México in Ciudad Juárez. Our Site is part of the Special Chem Business team and focuses on fluorine-based products. Approximately 105 people work at the site.
As a Site Manager of Ciudad Juárez, you will work leading all Health, Safety and Environmental activities, managing the production of all fluorine products, and setting and achieving KPI targets to support the overall operational excellence and strategic growth of the site. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improving the site's performance through transformation projects and implementing sustainability and effectiveness and have a positive impact on safety and manufacturing costs. You will be accountable for:
- Lead all HSE activities, ensure compliance with site permits, and lead monthly financial and performance reporting.
- Be accountable for the fixed and variable costs of the site, manage budgets (Opex / Capex) regarding the operational activities on the site, and deliver the results.
- Participate in key meetings of Supply Chain to ensure sourcing, production and customer delivery and take necessary actions in case of deviations. Adapt planning based on opportunities.
- Responsible for performance management and continuous improvement of the site in all dimensions of STAR (HSE / Sustainability / Competitiveness / Customer satisfaction / People Engagement).
- With the support of Site HR, manage the site employees and union industrial relations activities in respect of priorities set by Group HR.
We offer a permanent six-month probationary period contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Chemistry or industrial field with a strong leadership focus. Proficiency in English is required.

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is $170,000 - $185,000 MXN per month in México. Y our salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
