About this role
- Lead geological exploration, drilling, core logging, and resource delineation programs.
- Develop and update geological models, resource estimates, and reserve assessments.
- Provide grade control and ore quality management to optimize mine production.
- Interpret geological, geotechnical, geophysical, and geochemical data for mine planning.
- Support mine development, pit optimization, and operationalization of mining leases.
- Prepare technical reports, resource statements, and statutory submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain geological databases and ensure adherence to applicable mining, environmental, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with mine planning, survey, operations, and regulatory teams to achieve production and project objectives.
