Location - Delhi
- Own project delivery from design to handover for assigned project(s)
- Manage PMC, architect, structural and MEP consultants
- Monitor construction progress, quality and safety compliance
- Track project milestones, cash flows and escalate deviations
- Coordinate with sales agency on unit configurations and delivery commitments
- Manage customer escalations related to construction and possession
- Construction progress vs approved project schedule (milestone adherence %)
- Quality audit score (third-party quarterly audit)
- Cost-to-complete vs budget at every project stage
- Zero safety incidents
- Customer possession on committed dates (%)
Skills Set -
- B.E. Civil / B. Arch with MTech/MBA preferred
- 10+ years of residential project delivery in India markets
- Experience managing PMC firms, architects and multi-disciplinary consultants
- Strong command of project scheduling (MS Project / Primavera)
