Core Description
To ensure that all Site Audits / Asset Change forms / Store Handover information as completed by the Customer Engineers are tracked and recorded, to ensure that BCX Field Services correctly bills the relevant clients for the monthly maintenance, thereby ensuring continued economic viability of the company.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Receive, investigate, and accurately record all Site Audits submitted from the regions.
- Input information in prescribed format on the BCX Field Services Database from applicable documentation.
- Resolve queries on the Database such as asset changes and duplicates.
- Track the completed documents as submitted by the Branches.
- Prepare reports for Clients on Customer Assets Base, as well as internal reports, but not limited to Database changes per week; Asset Change Report; Weekly outstanding received and captured BOM report.
- Monitor projects to ensure that relevant documentation is received to ensure that the Database is timeously updated.
- Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to Management

## Minimum Qualifications
NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma
## Additional Education -Preferred /Advantage
Experience
Minimum 2-years’ database experience, preferably within the retail environment.
Certifications
Professional Memberships in Relevant Industry
