Job requirements
Experience Range: With 2 to 4 years of experience in project management, including exposure to PMO activities within large programs Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of project schedules, resources, and deliverables for large-scale programs
- Support PMO activities by preparing status reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Help organize and document project meetings, capturing action items and follow-ups
- Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on key milestones and risks
- Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy of records
- Contribute to the identification and resolution of project issues to support timely delivery
- Facilitate clear communication among project team members and stakeholders Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating project presentations
- Familiarity with project management tasks and PMO processes
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira or Azure DevOps Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
