Shui is building innovative platform solutions with a strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences. We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI Frontend Developer to join our team and help design, build, and evolve modern, scalable, and accessible user interfaces.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality front-end applications, contribute to our design system, and leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components using HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Build and maintain Micro Frontend (MFE) applications using Module Federation or similar architectures and integrate multiple MFEs into a unified platform.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
- Optimize application performance through techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization, and efficient rendering.
- Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code following engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST APIs and WebSocket-based real-time communication.
- Write comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity, improve code quality, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate development workflows.
- Experience developing applications for mobile and tablet platforms across Android and iOS.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility (WCAG) standards, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design principles.
- Work effectively within SAFe/Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
- Use version control systems such as Git and Azure DevOps to manage source code, pull requests, and CI/CD pipelines.

Work Experience

Requirements

- Proven experience as a UI Frontend Developer with a strong portfolio of modern web applications.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using Angular, React, or Vue.js, with exposure to the latest framework versions.
- Experience building and integrating Micro Frontend applications using Module Federation or similar technologies.
- Experience developing responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and frontend performance optimization.
- Experience writing unit tests and integration tests using modern testing frameworks.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs and asynchronous services.
- Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe development environments.
- Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar) to improve software development efficiency.

Nice to Have

- Experience with WebSocket or other real-time communication technologies.
- Basic understanding of backend technologies such as .NET or Python.
- Experience contributing to or working with Design Systems and reusable component libraries.
- Knowledge of Storybook, Module Federation best practices, and frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience working with cloud-based application deployments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Web Component technologies and development frameworks such as Lit.
