In this role, you’ll lead a team that supports corporate travelers end-to-end—from booking through disruption support—while improving how travel services are delivered. You’ll partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain service quality and consistency. You’ll coach advisors, strengthen processes, and use data and tools to elevate the customer experience.

As a Servicing travel advisor manager I in Chase Travel, you lead a team of travel advisors to deliver accurate, timely travel bookings and responsive issue resolution for corporate clients. You help optimize workflows and tools, coach advisors through complex travel challenges, and strengthen vendor and client partnerships to support a consistent service experience.

Job responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate a team of travel advisors to fulfill corporate travel bookings aligned to client needs and preferences
- Monitor travel management tools and workflows to support timely itinerary completion and accurate record processing
- Resolve travel-related issues and escalations, coaching advisors to support service quality and customer satisfaction
- Coach, develop, and support advisor performance through feedback, training, and day-to-day guidance
- Stay current on travel market trends and product offerings to provide informed, relevant support to clients

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

- 2 years of experience managing client relationships, including identifying and anticipating client needs to support service outcomes
- Demonstrated conflict management skills, including resolving travel-related issues promptly and effectively
- Experience using travel management technology tools and platforms to support booking, itinerary management, and process efficiency
- Strong analytical skills, including organizing and evaluating information to identify key details, risks, and opportunities
