Cloud Consultant

About the role

As a (Senior) Cloud Consultant , you help our clients define and execute their cloud strategy while designing and optimizing their cloud environments. You provide guidance on cloud architecture, lead migration initiatives, and ensure governance, security, and cost management are properly implemented, enabling clients to leverage the cloud safely, reliably, and efficiently.

You will join TrueFullstaq as an employee and work on projects and programs for a diverse range of clients, from fast-growing scale-ups to large enterprise organizations.

What will you do?

- Advise clients on cloud architecture and strategy across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP .
- Execute or lead cloud migration projects, including infrastructure, applications, and data.
- Design and implement landing zones, governance frameworks, security controls, and cost optimization strategies.
- Translate client requirements into practical cloud platform solutions and justify architectural decisions to architects, stakeholders, and management.
- Work as one team with the client's engineers and IT specialists.
- At senior level: lead (sub-)projects and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's level working and thinking ability, preferably in IT or a related field.
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform, including compute, networking, security, and governance.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployments, for example using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines .
- For senior-level positions: 5+ years of experience, including a proven track record in complex cloud transformation and migration projects.
- Certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AZ-104, or AZ-305 are considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and a proactive, consultative approach towards clients.
