About this role
Key Responsibilities Research Program Management
- Coordinate and support research projects from concept development through completion.
- Assist investigators in study design, protocol development, and research methodologies.
- Monitor research timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Maintain research databases, records, and project documentation.
Research Governance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOH, MOHAP, ethics committees, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support ethics submissions, approvals, amendments, and renewals.
- Maintain compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and research integrity standards.
- Participate in audits and monitoring activities related to research projects.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze research data.
- Prepare statistical summaries, reports, and outcome measures.
- Develop dashboards and KPI reports related to research performance.
- Present research findings to stakeholders and leadership.
Publication & Academic Support
- Assist in manuscript preparation, abstract submission, and scientific publications.
- Support presentation of research findings at conferences and scientific meetings.
- Coordinate collaboration with academic institutions and research partners.
- Promote evidence-based practice throughout the organization.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with physicians, clinicians, academic partners, and operational departments.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary research initiatives.
- Support research awareness and educational programs across facilities.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve research productivity and quality.
- Support innovation initiatives and healthcare improvement projects.
- Contribute to development of research strategies and annual plans.
