About this role
ADI Global Distribution is seeking a motivated, analytical, and collaborative corporate paralegal to support regulatory and trade legal matters. This paralegal will work as part of our in-house legal team on complex regulatory, international trade, litigation, and compliance work. Candidates should have experience with legal or trade issues such as regulatory compliance, litigation management, corporate governance, or trade compliance.
JOB DUTIES:
- Support the in-house Legal team with day-to-day legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters
- Provide business-oriented compliance and legal support in the following areas: Litigation and dispute management
- Trade compliance program administration
- Regulatory compliance and compliance program management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide practical, business-oriented support on legal and compliance matters
- Handle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Minimum 2 years of corporate paralegal, trade compliance, corporate compliance, regulatory program management, or equivalent legal experience
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken
- Proven analytical ability and research skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Ability to manage several projects at once
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
WE VALUE:
- Experience with international trade regulations including import and export compliance.
- Experience with an in-house legal team at a large company or large law firm
- Bachelors of Laws degree (admission to the Bar in Serbia not required)
- Paralegal certificate
