Join Heathrow as Data Intelligence Analyst and turn complex operational data into clear, reliable information. You will create data products that help Airport Operations, Baggage and planning teams understand performance, make informed decisions and improve passenger journeys. Your work may cover operational reporting, demand and capacity modelling, data quality and regulatory reporting
- Experience querying large or complex datasets using SQL.
- Experience using Azure Databricks for data processing or analytics.
- Experience creating dashboards and visualisations in Power BI.
- Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience turning business requirements into usable data products.
- Ability to organise delivery across multiple requirements and deadlines.
Ideally, you'll also have the following
- Knowledge of Python or R.
- Experience using an Agile delivery framework.
