Position Summary

The Commercial 4P Intern will support the Latin America Commercial 4P team in driving business planning, pricing execution, sales programs, and pipeline performance initiatives in Peru. The role provides exposure to sales operations, commercial strategy, business analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, and Channel teams.

This position is ideal for a student interested in developing business, analytical, and commercial skills within a leading technology company.

Key Responsibilities

- Support commercial planning activities, including sales performance tracking and business reviews.
- Assist in pricing analysis, competitive benchmarking, and pricing execution processes.
- Help coordinate sales campaigns, incentives, promotions, and commercial programs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and other business tools.
- Monitor pipeline development and sales execution KPIs.
- Maintain and analyze commercial data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to ensure accurate execution of commercial initiatives.
- Support special projects related to business growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
