Join Lenovo's Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as an AI & Automation Analyst within the EMEA Spare Parts Supply Chain team. Based in Wroclaw, Poland, you will help drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the EMEA Parts organization, supporting business transformation, process automation, and data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of AI-powered solutions, workflow automation, scripting, and insight-driven reporting while working closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and operational improvement.
You will report to the Parts Planning Senior Manager and play an important role in shaping how AI technologies are leveraged to enhance processes, efficiency, and business outcomes across the EMEA Parts business.
What You Will Do:
- Support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the EMEA Parts organization, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance through automation and emerging technologies.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to uncover trends, generate insights, and identify high-value use cases for AI, machine learning, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, test, and refine AI-powered tools and solutions, ensuring they address real business challenges and deliver measurable value.
- Contribute to the creation of documentation, knowledge repositories, and AI best practices, helping scale successful use cases and promote AI adoption across the organization.
- Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data technologies, proactively exploring innovative approaches and bringing new ideas to support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with a strong interest in applying AI technologies to solve real-world business challenges.
- Experience with Python and SQL, including familiarity with libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and working with structured data and databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Attention to detail and a structured approach to work, ensuring high-quality deliverables and accurate results.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and present ideas in both written and verbal settings.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with a passion for emerging technologies, AI innovation, and continuous professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international teams, building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
