Job Description: Cut whole wing off, of breast meat.

Job Synopsis: Grasp whole wing with left hand with right hand bring knife to the position where the drumette touches the breast fillet.  Insert knife, and then with left hand twist whole wing in a counterclockwise direction while cutting the wing. And any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
