About this role
1. Support in inspections (UT, MPI, LP, VT or CE), with certified equipment and tools.
2. Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and customer specifications.
3. Support in the execution of maintenance on the inspection line, guaranteeing that the equipment complies with the standard operating safety regulations.
4. Support in the completion of necessary documents at the end of the work, including inspection reports.
5. Make a report of hours of experience, as well as the reports of the inspections that are being carried out.
6. Comply with company and customer security policies.
7. Use of personal protective equipment in work areas.
8. Know and apply operating procedures.
Skills in operating machinery and computer equipment.
Knowledge of International Quality Standards.
Knowledge of various inspection methods.
Knowledge of pipe coating processes is desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is desirable.
Knowledge of using measuring equipment.
Knowledge of QMS audits.
Knowledge of handling and following up on customer complaints and nonconformities.
Basic to intermediate English.
