Job Description: Job Specs : 6+ Years Location: Bengaluru, KA/ Pune, MH/ Chennai, TN/ Hyderabad, TG Shift Timing: 2 PM - 11 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong experience with QNXT, with a good understanding of its data, workflows, configurations, and downstream integrations.
- Demonstrated experience with capitation, including capitation processes, provider/payment models, calculations, reconciliation, and related payer operations.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer business processes, ideally across claims, provider, membership, finance, and/or payment functions.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear business and functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong experience conducting and facilitating JAD sessions / requirements workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with SMEs, product owners, developers, QA, and business leadership to drive requirements through to implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect business requirements to underlying data and system processes.
- Comfortable working in an Agile delivery environment and managing requirements through the SDLC.
